Off-Season Running Program - Registration Now Open
The 2010 Fall Running Program will start on October 15th, 2010 and run through January 15th, 2011.
The cost will be $110.
We will cap this program at 100 members.
The best way to improve in a sport is to train for that sport. The running program will train you as a runner.
There will be 3 workouts each week in Boulder and 3 workouts each week in Denver. We are still working on locations and specific times but the plan is:
Boulder - Tuesday afternoon/evening, Thursday afternoon/evening, Sunday morning
Denver - Monday afternoon/evening, Wednesday afternoon/evening, Saturday morning
As with all of our programs you can attend any workout that fits your schedule.

YTT Multi Sport Training Program (2011) - Registration Now Open
Team YTT is back for 2011! Coach Yoli and Lynnda will be there for the next season! Come train. Come play. And have fun! Get ready for some great coaching and great training - challenge yourself once again and have fun too. Join Coach Lynnda and Coach Yoli for the 2011 season.
Swim training begins in February. Swim workouts will be held at various locations for Boulder and Denver groups. Once the pool contracts are signed, swim times will be communicated. Swim workouts will move to the Elks Club (outdoor, heated pool) in the May time-frame and then to open water swimming once the Boulder Reservoir and the Chatfield Gravel Pond opens for swimmming.
The running portion of our program will start in March. We start with drills and form work and progress from there.
Cycling is added in April, assuming the weather cooperates! We will be offering one "assessment" trainer session for everyone during February and March. During that session, we'll check bike fit and cover some of the basics that you will need to know for road riding.
The Full Season membership is $375.00 and will run from February through mid-September. There is a payment plan available, 5 monthly installments of $75.00.
Race season memberships are $200 and will run from mid-May through mid-September.

Fun Rides and Trainer Sessions with Coach Lynnda
Coach Lynnda will be organizing "fun rides" starting in mid-late September. These rides are open to anyone, ridden at your own pace and meet-ups are set up along the route (so that no one gets dropped). Lynnda will have a sign-up sheet for fun ride emails at the end of year party. Rides will continue until the weather gets bad or until the end of October.
Lynnda has been working with Full Cycle on trainer sessions. Trainer sessions start in November and go through March. There will be one session on Saturday mornings and there will be on-line sign-ups and pre-payment. These sessions will remain an independent activity (i.e. not part of YTT) through March.
Once everything is finalized, Lynnda will send out more details.
Would you like to help?
We all have our strengths and we, the coaches, know that our strengths lie in the area of coaching and athletics. Yep...we aren't financial wizards and our administrative skills are sometimes lacking. (like last week when I failed to update the hot line!)
If you would like to help us out in 2011, we need some help with book keeping, the weekly email, updating the hotline, being the "in charge" person for rehearsals and possibly other things. We already have a couple of volunteers (thanks to Victoria who has volunteered to manage the team roster, Jo who has volunteered to manage the pod program, LeeAnn who is helping Renee with the website and Barb who will head up the sponsor/fund raising program).
If you are interested in volunteering, please send me a note with the area you would like to help in and an estimate of how much time you could volunteer. My email is bestwiss@gmail.com.
